Ms. Sirlin began her law career in 1989 when she began volunteering at the Pima County Public Defender's Office. From 1989 through 1993, Ms. Sirlin volunteered there in various capacities and also did a student internship, during which time she worked on felony cases. White attending law school, Ms. Sirlin again worked to finance her education. She gained significant experience working as a law clerk for some of Tucson's top criminal and civil attorneys.

Ms. Sirlin opened a private practice in Tucson in 1996. Her practice consisted mostly of family law matters and she became proficient in divorce law, including paternity, custody, property settlement, spousal maintenance, child support, grandparent rights and visitation/parenting time issues.

Most recently, Ms. Sirlin received a real estate salesperson license. She is interested in expending her practice into the area of real estate.

Most of Ms. Sirlin's work at this time is in the area of family law. She also has a strong interest in employment law; especially in the area of discrimination and wrongful termination and would live to expand her practice in the area of general civil litigation as well.
