Meet Amber Falk, Phoenix Area Attorney
Amber's Background
Amber is originally from Monterey, California but considers Arizona her home. In 2016, Amber graduated from Arizona State University after earning her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She graduated summa cum laude and finished her degree in just three years. Amber is a proud double devil and carried on at Arizona State University to receive her Juris Doctorate in 2019. During law school, Amber had multiple externships with focuses in criminal and family law. Amber also volunteered with the community legal clinic with the desire to give back to the community. Amber graduated law school in 2019 with a pro bono distinction for her volunteer work.
After she graduated law school, Amber moved forward with her career in criminal law at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. As a deputy county attorney, Amber prosecuted hundreds of cases involving felonies and misdemeanors. She contributes her passion and perseverance to her desire to help crime victims. She successfully litigated more than 10 trials and countless oral arguments. She made daily court appearances and drafted hundreds of legal agreements to resolve cases, so she is very comfortable in the courtroom. After almost 3 years of practice in this field, she moved to Platt and Westby, PC to use her trial advocacy skills in more diverse areas of law.
On weekends, Amber enjoys finding new restaurants, hiking, and yoga. She loves to travel and experience different foods and culture. Amber is also an avid animal lover and volunteers with a local animal shelter in her spare time.
