My husband and I are very grateful for the free legal consult from your law firm. There are no words to describe the relief and renewed confidence that we felt upon receiving counsel from one of your attorneys. He allayed our deep concerns (I was panic stricken!) by explaining the real problem then arming us with a simple plan to correct the issues and presented two possible outcomes that we can prepare for. Attention to Detail
I have had a real estate and an estate planning case with Platt and Westby and I found their attention to detail to be excellent and their legal service to be very competent. Their fees were reasonable. They were responsive and promptly returned all of my telephone calls. I was pleased with their representation and would use them in future matters.

I have known Mr. Westby and his family since I was in middle school. He has always impressed me with his honesty, integrity, and wonderful sense of community. Best Attorney Ever!
I had a huge problem with getting someone off my deed to my house and Mr. Peter Westby was my attorney. He was very caring and took care of the problem for me, I was in such a emotional turmoil that I don't know what I would have done without him. I wish I would have found him earlier, he will be my attorney for everything in the future! He is very respectful, a great communicator, and guides you will all his great knowledge. Peter saved my house and gave me peace of mind, best attorney ever!

Very Responsive To My Needs

Mr. Westby's response to our objective (loan modification) questions was apparent with his cordial personality and willingness to listen to our concern. Professionalism and Expertise
About one year ago I had a huge struggle going on with my house situation. Being upside down on the mortgage, though current on payments – was not sure which path to take. How could I survive this crunch? All expenses going up; income not! The bank told me they could not help me with a loan mod as long as I was current – so I stopped making my payments which ruined my credit. Once I had missed 4 payments they would talk to me and the process of ‘loan modification’ began.
After a very long process and discouragement, I decided to meet with you to discuss some options and your opinion on what might be the best road to go. With your encouragement and an offer (after a very long time) from the bank for the loan mod which would lower my interest and payments just a bit – I did decide to accept the loan modification.
Your professionalism and expertise totally put me at ease and from the time we had our meeting to the time I signed the papers and making the commitment to the loan modification, I felt completely safe with the decision I made. Keeping my home and getting back on track with it was the right thing to do.
Mr. Westby, I appreciate you taking the time to meet with me and supported me in making the decision to keep my home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Extensive Knowledge
I have known Peter Westby for over 20 years. I believe he has extensive knowledge in quite a number of areas of the law, and I really appreciate the helpful guidance and advice he has provided. I regard him as being very carding about a person's concerns and needs. Highly Ethical and Caring
Attorney Peter Westby has provided me with legal services on several occasions over the years. Each time, he has been tremendously helpful. It has been obvious to me that he has great knowledge of the law. I also regard him as being highly ethical and caring. Great qualities in a lawyer! I saw him in action in a tough court case too.
