Governor Ducey has signed two Executive Orders giving those that have been financially impacted by the coronavirus certain protection from eviction. The first was signed March 24 and applies to residential evictions. The second was signed April 6 and extends protection to certain small businesses. The Executive Orders are not absolute prohibitions of evictions and, to obtain their benefit, you must fall within the definition of persons or small businesses that are protected. The Orders are detailed and specific. We have set forth their complete text below.
